Download the 2016 Nest Report here. There’s too much (40 pages!) to pull any one or three important data points. Use this a guide, not just for the market, but as a representation of the exceptional work of the Nest Realty team.
If you want a beautiful hard copy when they come back from the printer, please let me know and I’ll happily bring or mail one to you.
As much as I hate to say and write this, if you’re looking to make a real estate decision today, tomorrow, next week … this report is not particularly helpful. Some segments of our markets are moving so rapidly that the data analysis has to be done many times throughout the process.
Not-Charlottesville Nest Reports
I’d be remiss if I didn’t note the fantastic market reports from our other Nest Realty offices:
- New River Valley (Blacksburg area)
- Asheville, NC
- Fredericksburg/Warrenton
- Wilmington, NC
