I noticed this several months ago but find it hard to believe (and a bit sad) that I am the only one to do so. I just called the real estate form company to ask them to fix it. They misspelled “Virginia.”
Note that this is on the primary form Virginia Association of Realtors (archived: 2017) form for purchasing residential property.
