Foreclosure in Crozet – And a Heck of a Price

I don’t write about specific listings that often, but this is a pretty remarkable price – and price reduction – on a single family home in Crozet. While it is located right on Jarman’s Gap Road, it is a home that offers a lot of square footage for a relatively good price.

MLS #470574, no longer listed.

Incidentally, this property is being marketed by Nest Realty Group (my firm) in Charlottesville, VA.
