- In 2015, 358 homes were listed in March. 390 in March 2016
- In 2015, 208 homes went under contract March. 221 in March 2016
- In 2015, 581 sold March. 592 in March 2016 (this and the pending numbers will change as Realtors update the MLS)
Charlottesville City:
- In 2015, 118 homes were listed in March. 113 in March 2016
- In 2015, 71 homes went under contract March. 82 in March 2016
- In 2015, 192 sold March. 186 in March 2016 (this and the pending numbers will change as Realtors update the MLS)
