    I figured something was up when Continental Retail removed the center from their list of properties. I wonder what the cause of the delay is.

    My source indicated that the main reason was the sewer infrastructure.

    How long has this project been in the planning stages? I can’t believe it has taken them this long to figure out something that seems so important.

    I just heard that Whole Foods is moving to the Regal Cinema area (behind Kmart).
